The first baby of 2012 arrived at The Birthplace at SGMC at 11:15 a.m. on Sunday, January 1st. Baby Vincent Landon Patterson was born to happy parents Monica and Jared Patterson. Little Vincent weighed 7 lbs and 11 ounces. As the first baby of 2012, SGMC nurses representing Labor and Delivery, Nursery and Post-Partum presented the baby and new mom with a silver-plated baby rattle to commemorate his arrival.
