Preaster was nominated by Smith Northview Campus Administrator Don Luke, who highlighted the numerous accolades Preaster has received from colleagues across various departments. His infectious smile, positive attitude, and consistent willingness to go above and beyond have made him a beloved figure throughout the health system. His name is frequently mentioned during Nurse Leader Rounding in the inpatient unit, where he is celebrated more than any other individual for his caring spirit and kindness.
