South Georgia Medical Center is excited to announce the expansion of its SGMC Physician Network via its partnership with Valdosta Medical Clinic, an internal medicine and family medicine practice.
VMC has been caring for patients in the South Georgia/North Florida area for more than 31 years.
The practice includes Internal Medicine physicians, Dr. Tim Brady, Dr. Thomas W. Hobby, Dr. Hernando Moreno, Dr. Lance Underwood and Dr. Jarod Bailey, and Family Medicine physician Dr. Anthony Johnson.

The practice will be called SGMC Valdosta Medical Clinic and remain in its current location at 3207 Country Club Drive in Valdosta.

SGMC has a network of employed physicians in a variety of specialties across South Georgia to include family medicine, internal medicine, cardiothoracic surgery, endovascular surgery, endocrine surgery, plastic surgery, general surgery, neurology, oncology, neonatology, wound care, and urology.
SGMC expects to announce additional physician growth in the summer to include neurosurgery, infectious disease, pulmonology, and gastroenterology.
SGMC has a medical staff of more than 400 physicians in Lowndes, Berrien and Lanier counties that support its fully functioning hospitals and emergency departments at SGMC main campus, SGMC Berrien Campus and SGMC Lanier Campus.
