
Recruitment of registered nurses across the country continues to be a challenge. SGMC Health is no exception and there exists an opportunity to bring the current sign-on recruitment bonus structure in line with the market.

Current employees must be in good standing with the organization and commit to working in a full-time RN position based on the needs of the organization.
*To be eligible for the program, experienced RNs must not have worked at SGMC Health within the past year.
**The RN referral bonus will be paid to any employee who recruits a registered nurse who begins employment with SGMC Health. The recruit myst not have worked in the organization in the past 12 months. The new employee must specify the referral source on the application and may not list more than one referral source.
