Dr. Michael Clark was born and raised in Evans, GA. After graduating high school, he served as a combat engineer in the 82nd Airborne Division in the US Army.
He received his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Augusta State University and subsequently received a M.D./Ph.D. dual degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 2008.
Dr. Clark completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Georgia Health Sciences University in 2013. His clinical interests include comprehensive musculoskeletal care, fracture care, shoulder, hip, and knee arthritis and reconstruction, sports injuries, and treatment of the hand, shoulder, and elbow.
Dr. Clark and his wife, Christy, have three active children and enjoy many outdoor activities, including camping, gardening, hunting, fishing, and numerous sports.
