Simpson, Senior Partner at Oncology Solutions, LLC, Pearlman Cancer Center physicians: Eric Anderson, MD and John Devine, MD, SGMC CEO Randy Sauls, and Pearlman Cancer Center Director Bridgett Young Valdosta, Ga.—South Georgia Medical Center’s Pearlman Comprehensive Cancer Center (PCCC) received a $2,000 donation from Oncology Solutions, LLC’s “Corporate Citizenship Campaign” this week. According to Oncology Solutions, this campaign is an active effort to support the development and improvement of cancer care delivery and recognize the programs around the nation that show a commitment to excellence in the fight against cancer. Oncology Solutions, LLC recently worked in partnership with South Georgia Medical Center on a strategic planning and physician-hospital alignment project resulting in the pledge of support to honor the oncology service line. The PCCC is accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer which sets the highest standards of care for CoC-accredited cancer programs. The PCCC is also accredited in radiation oncology by the American College of Radiology (ACR). The ACR seal of accreditation represents the highest level of quality and patient safety.
