Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga allows you to slow down, relax, and turn inward, which helps alleviate stress and restore your energy levels. Sessions are led by Felicia Yarbrough, RN Wellness Coordinator.
This practice is open to both beginners and experienced yogi’s. Bring your mat.
Registration encouraged but not required.
