At SGMC, Patient Safety has always been a top priority. Our continued focus on patient safety was the drive that inspired our Leadership Team to embark on the journey to become a high reliability organization. To be successful in this mission to improve quality and patient safety, we need everyone’s commitment to relentlessly priority safety.
