We are excited to present Make Your Wishes Known, a community-wide educational event offered for free! Our speakers are Dr. Jacqueline O’Kane (SGMC Family Medicine), Tana Macera-NP (SGMC Inpatient Palliative Care), and Paul Hamilton (Hamilton Estate & Elderly Law), and they will focus on the importance of having your medical wishes prepared and estate plans in place. This event offers essential resources and help on how to get this all started.
