Employee Engagement Survey

On behalf of SGMC Health and the entire leadership team, you are cordially invited to participate in the 2024 Employee Engagement Survey. We have partnered with the consulting firm of Press Ganey Associates LLC to administer the survey. It will only take a few minutes to complete and will provide valuable information on how we can improve employee engagement here at SGMC Health.
When completing the survey, please express your opinions frankly as the survey is completely confidential and only aggregated data will be presented. However, please be aware that your comments will be reported as verbatim.
All employees will receive feedback on the survey results and improvement plans will be developed based on the survey results. Please be assured that it is our firm intention to respond constructively to employee concerns and suggestions.
