Dale Cutshaw, RN South Georgia Medical Center announces that Dale Cutshaw, RN, is the new director of the SGMC Emergency Department. For the past seven years, Cutshaw served as nurse manager in the ED. He has 20 years of clinical experience and has been employed with SGMC since 1994. In his new role, Cutshaw will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Emergency Department including clinical performance, financial management and physician relations.
A graduate of Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in Tifton, Cutshaw says that he is passionate about patient care and connecting with patients on a personal level. He is developing programs to drive ED performance improvement and patient satisfaction. Cutshaw is married to his wife, Stephanie, and the couple has two sons, William, 22 and Charles, 18.
